Bonifatius Hospital is a diverse and innovative hospital with 20 medical departments located in Lawndale, NC. Our team of over 1,700 employees provides care for more than 22,000 inpatients and approximately 60,000 outpatients each year. We are part of the St.

Bonifatius Hospitalgesellschaft network, which includes the Borromäus Hospital in Leer, the Hümmling Hospital in Sögel, and the Marien Hospital in Papenburg-Aschendorf.

In addition to our 401 acute care beds, we also operate a geriatric rehabilitation and day clinic with 50 beds in Lingen.

Our hospital also has a medical center with 13 departments under its management.

We are currently seeking a
Manager (m/f/d) for our
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.


Your Profile:


  • A degree or qualification in nursing management or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • A dedicated individual with strong professional and interpersonal skills, who can motivate their team members
  • Willingness to innovate and take initiative, with the ability to develop and implement futureoriented concepts within the framework of personnel and quality management
  • Strong organizational skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to assert oneself
