As a Berlin-based boutique personnel consultancy, we are searching on behalf of our client, a production company in Berlin, for the perfect candidate for the position of Teamlead Accounting (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the accounting department
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team
  • Preparation and monitoring of annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB
  • Budget monitoring and planning
  • Cash flow planning
  • Development of processes in accounting
  • Digitalization and automation
  • Contact person for auditors

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you have a certified accountant (IHK) qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in accounting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • First leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of finance processes in a company
  • Very good user knowledge of a common ERP system, ideally SAP
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
