We are currently seekingmultiple Administrative Assistants (m/f/d) for Repair Management for our client in Lead, SD. This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
After a
comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for the following tasks as part of the Repair Management team.
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks in the handyman service
- Close collaboration with property management and housing companies
- Processing orders in the system
- Recording damage reports
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling complaints
- General administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in a trade
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable
- Good computer skills
- Enjoyment and commitment in customer service
- Team player
