We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (M/F/d) with Dutch Language Skills for the Dutch Market in Uriah, AL

The main responsibility of this role is to provide professional and high-quality customer service as the first point of contact.

This may involve handling customer, client, or third-party inquiries and complaints within agreed service levels.

The individual will need to use their own initiative and follow established procedures, processes, and systems to gather information and provide a resolution for the customer.

The role may also involve initiating contact with individuals within the client's organization or other third parties.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls from our client's customers, assisting with any questions and promoting products/services.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
Building relationships with new and existing customers to provide the best possible experience.
Demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Working effectively as part of a team.
Adhering to company principles and values at all times.
