Training for Office Management Assistants (m/f/d) in Crosbyton

In a rotation system, you will get to know all departments of our company and find out which specialization is right for you in this broad professional field.

  • Reception (secretariat, order processing, telephone switchboard)
  • Sales (customer acquisition, customer care, quotation creation, calculation)
  • Work preparation/purchasing (quotation creation, calculation, commercial controlling, purchasing, inventory management)
  • Customer service (fault acceptance, personnel and material disposition, coordination and organization of subcontractors, billing)
  • Accounting (accounts payable and receivable accounting)
  • Assistance to management
  • Human resources

What should you bring?
