Opportunity Overview:

Greenwood Industries is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various project management tasks within the building envelope construction realm.

  • Ability to interpret plans and specifications in both print and digital forms
  • Proficiency in all stages of building envelope construction
  • Collaborate with Operations to determine project materials and labor needs
  • Estimate project timelines, coordinate with diverse teams, and plan material deliveries
  • Review roofing designs, identify potential challenges, and ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Familiarity with commercial roof system designs such as TPO, PVC, and EPDM
  • Create and manage project schedules and values, track performance, and address delays effectively
  • Regularly update management on project status, schedule field personnel, and engage in networking activities
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
