FOR THE PROJECT:
"LAWN AREAS AS A CONTRIBUTION TO A LIVABLE AND CLIMATE-RESILIENT INFRASTRUCTURE"


The aim of the project is to develop lawns under low-input conditions as a contribution to urban climate resilience, while maintaining a livable infrastructure through optimal lawn quality in the face of increasing heat and drought periods.

The main tasks of the independent scientific work on the project include:

  • Development of research questions
  • Design of experiments in the laboratory and field
  • Conducting experiments on water balance, nitrogen balance, lawn quality, and endurance under climatic conditions
  • Project management in close coordination with project partners
  • Preparation of research results according to international standards, including scientific articles, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in landscape construction, horticulture, agricultural sciences, or related fields
  • Knowledge and experience in lawn
