We are looking for a Service Manager / Workshop Manager Bicycle (m/f/d) for our Munich North store.

As a service and workshop manager in the bicycle industry, you will work independently and roll up your sleeves. You lead a diverse team of different personalities and effortlessly bring out the best in each of them. You are in the thick of things and ensure smooth operations within the service and workshop team. You are the point of contact for our customers for questions about services and additional equipment. In short, you keep the service and workshop running. As a leader, your actions are guided by goal-oriented analysis and short, pragmatic decision-making processes.
