To strengthen our dynamic team, we are currently seeking a:


Funeral Dispatcher (Logistics) (f/m/d)

Your Mission:


As a funeral dispatcher at mymoria, you will play a versatile role in ensuring the efficient coordination of teams in the field and our approximately 50 locations nationwide.

Your task is to ensure a seamless collaboration between all parties involved while keeping the individual needs and wishes of our customers in mind.

With your structured work style and organizational skills, you will significantly contribute to making the sensitive area of funerals run smoothly and compassionately.


Your Responsibilities:

Effective coordination of field teams: Planning and organizing the activities of our field teams to ensure a smooth funeral process.

Cross-location harmonization: Close collaboration with our nationwide locations to ensure a consistent implementation of funeral processes and to utilize synergies.

Partnership communication: Coordination with funeral service locations, partner companies, and other relevant partners to enable a compassionate and professional handling of transfers and funeral services.

Thorough documentation and management: Careful documentation of all relevant information and management of corresponding documents for transparent and reliable tracking.
