Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for filling our client projects with suitable SAP experts in close collaboration with our sales consultants
  • You search and identify candidates in our internal database and external networks
  • You inspire people and build a network of freelance SAP experts
  • You handle the pre-selection of suitable applications
  • You conduct telephone interviews independently and create high-quality candidate profiles
  • You keep up with current trends in the SAP job market and continuously educate yourself

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in sales or recruitment
  • Negotiation skills in German and very good English skills
  • Passion for sales and a strong interest in a long-term
