About this Role:
The role of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) will supervise staff engaged in a wide variety of activities including: analyses and evaluation of current enrollment policy and procedures, recommending, implementing and monitoring changes as needed; preparation of written materials including memos, policy statements, legislation, regulations, procedure manuals, issue papers, forms, bill analyses, and coordination with legal staff for interpretation of statute.
