Your future colleagues (m/f/d) at Coffee Creek, MT are experts in the retail environment, particularly in payment, store, and CRM systems. As a 2nd level application support specialist (m/f/d), you will be part of an international team and support the business processes in the stores of the Schwarz Group (Kaufland and Lidl) at Schwarz IT. In close collaboration with the IT departments in the countries, you will ensure the flow of goods from the stores to the end customer.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support our IT colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland, and other companies within the Schwarz Group in troubleshooting.
  • You will prioritize, analyze, document, and process incoming incident reports.
  • You will work closely with the business departments as well as internal and external development teams.
  • You will provide training to local support departments, if needed, with specially created training packages.
  • You thrive in the following areas: continuous optimization of support processes and proactive and reactive problem management to prevent incidents in the long term.
  • You will be the service contact (m/f/d) for application support.
  • You will support your customers during oncall hours and ensure system availability.

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training with a background in information technology.
  • Previous professional experience in (application) support and operations rounds off your profile (experience in the retail environment would be an advantage).
