The IBA Hamburg GmbH, on behalf of the Senate of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, is developing new mixed neighborhoods and districts in Hamburg on a total area of over 400 hectares for more than homes.

The new neighborhoods are intended to meet ambitious sustainability goals in terms of energy, climate protection, and mobility, as well as housing policy objectives to quickly develop affordable, high-quality, and aesthetically appealing living space.

The services of IBA Hamburg GmbH include overall coordination of all upcoming planning and construction tasks in the sense of accelerated, high-quality, and cost-effective development and new construction, conceptual preparation of development, marketing of land, as well as infrastructure and corresponding regulatory measures.

We are currently seeking a
City Planner (m/f/d) with a focus on project/neighborhood development, project management, and quality assurance for our neighborhood development.
