Position Summary:


The primary function of an Operation Support & Sales Specialist is to support the Area Managers in the functions of operations, fleet management, and sales support.

The Operations Support $ Sales Specialist adheres to and promotes safety, corporate policies, and procedures.

This person will work closely with the Area Managers to meet mutual goals, assist in other work-related activities as needed, and guarantee the genuine customer service our customers demand.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Prepare action plans by accounts & product line through effective search of sales leads & prospects.
  • Be proficient in product knowledge to assist the customer in buying decisions.
  • Support Area Managers in managing operational costs.
  • Actively anticipate operational risks and create solutions and/or preventative measures.
  • Assist Area Managers with MORA inspections.
  • Play a key role in achieving operations goals set by the Area Manager.
  • Assures compliance with the Safety and Loss Control Program.
  • Manage customer files.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Some college or a degree preferred
  • Minimum of 35 years of related work experience
  • Strong Microsoft office skills

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time.
  • Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
  • Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
  • Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
