Cust Svc Rep - Cashier Part-TimePart-time schedule required

8:00am-12pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Crosssell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the area
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field or related area;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a variety of audiences;

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Washington, DC 20020: Relocate before starting work (required)
