YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Applicant management and administration, including coordination of appointments and compilation of necessary documents
Support for applicants throughout the entire application process, including assistance with applicant correspondence
Preparation of personnel marketing measures and job fairs, as well as participation in their implementation
Support for responsible officers in creating job advertisements and arranging postings on designated job portals
Maintenance and updating of job offers and postings on job portals in consultation with the responsible officer
Support for responsible personnel officers in the area of employee retention

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Ongoing studies with a focus on personnel
Confident demeanor towards all employees and managers, as well as skill in interface management
High affinity for social and digital media, as well as creativity
Strong communication skills, selfassured demeanor, and proactive approach
Extensive knowledge of all MS Office products
