Personnel specialist or similar (m/f/d) wanted for non-profit organization in Battlement Mesa, CO

About us:
We are a renowned non-profit organization in Berlin, dedicated to promoting and supporting social projects and programs. Our goal is to make a positive contribution to society and help people in difficult situations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated personnel specialist (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for personnel administration, including contract management, creating references, and managing working hours
  • Conducting personnel recruitment measures, including job postings, applicant management, and selection processes
  • Supporting employees in personnelrelated matters and assisting with personnel development
  • Managing and maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  • Participating in the development of HR processes and tools

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training in personnel management or a comparable qualification
  • Indepth knowledge of labor and social security law as well as personnel administration
  • First professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a nonprofit environment
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and an empathetic and serviceoriented approach
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally familiar with common HR software systems
