Robbins is looking for a Finance Employee (Human*) with a focus on accounting, in full-time or part-time, for our location in Heidelberg.

Our finance team is growing and we are in need of support.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and tax laws
Conduct ongoing accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, and fixed asset accounting
Serve as a point of contact for employees of our io companies, as well as for tax consultants and auditors
Manage the collection process and liquidity management and control
Prepare VAT returns
Independently contribute to development projects in the finance/controlling department
Completed commercial training or further education, or a degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
Experience with SAP ECC (SD, PS, or FI module)
Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Independent, conscientious, and wellorganized work style
Good knowledge of German and English
