Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

Coordinating the development of electronic systems for the aviation industry (passenger aircraft, business jets, air taxis)
Contributing to the strategic direction of the department and division
Establishing and structuring complex project plans
Collaborating on interdisciplinary work steps and tasks (e.g. inservice processes)
Determining the methods to be used in projects
Monitoring and controlling capacities and budgets in development and inservice projects
Presenting results to internal and external stakeholders
Providing professional and disciplinary leadership and development for employees

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualification
Experience in the development of complex (electronic) components and systems
Knowledge of project management, inservice or lifecycle management
Analytical thinking, solutionoriented approach and strong consulting skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Knowledge of aviation processes and development regulations
Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
Implementation strength and assertiveness
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
