*YOUR PROFILE

Completed training in the field of computer science, IT specialist (application development/system integration), or other training with a high IT affinity
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position in IT application support
Due to your solution-oriented thinking, you are able to understand complex relationships
You are also curious and committed to new topics
You are passionate about processes and IT systems
You are proficient in common Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), ideally have good SAP knowledge, and have experience with CRM, ERP, and document management systems

You support existing applications and provide first and second level support
You process and analyze tickets for the application area
You act as the interface to our specialist departments
You participate in projects for the introduction or further development of new IT applications
Documentation of implemented solutions and processes
