- Entering orders from international distributors and subsidiaries and determining the most suitable shipping methods
- Achieving personal objectives and contributing to team targets
- Serving as the liaison for International Tech Services for specific country groups, addressing shipping inquiries, and providing guidance on delivery timelines for upgrades and service materials to the field by evaluating requirements and presenting optimal and worst-case shipping scenarios
- Assessing goods for transportation in and out of the country, including handling duties, tariffs, and currency adjustment factors when necessary
- Producing import/export paperwork, such as licenses, customs declarations, forwarder instructions, B/L, etc.
- Preparing declarations for hazardous materials and advising on packaging requirements for shipping
- Coordinating with the Purchasing department to establish import routes and transportation methods for inventory sourced from overseas
- Researching and applying ECCNs, license codes, and ensuring adherence to all relevant import/export regulations
- Certification in handling hazardous goods and a comprehensive background in export/import compliance
- Familiarity with International Licensing processes
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft product suite
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable
- Completion of high school
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
