The apartment is currently empty, but equipped with a kitchen and several built-in furniture pieces that also need to be cleaned of sawdust and dust. The flooring is mainly parquet, with some tiled areas. There are 3 balcony doors and 4 windows.

The cleaning must take place on Friday, July 7th. All cleaning equipment and materials must be provided by the contractor.

The contractor only speaks English, so communication over the phone will be in English, but written communication can be in Spanish.
