We are looking for:

Do you enjoy working with people and technology? We are searching for an experienced
Service and Support Employee (m/f/d). In our first-level support, both system support and product support come together. Join us in building our service, help our customers with their inquiries, and solve problems.


Your tasks:


  • Implementation of first and possibly second level support (phone, tickets)
  • Ensuring excellent customer support and assistance
  • Assisting in the implementation of service standards and processes
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure service level agreements are met and service requests are processed
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing measures for continuous improvement
  • Conducting product training for wholesalers or installers

What can you expect as a Service Manager?
Contact with various departments, as second and third level support is handled by developers and project engineers. This allows you to quickly network throughout the company and stay up-to-date with current developments. You can communicate the service requirements to developers and product managers, shaping our products.

As the service is still in its early stages, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact and have a large responsibility for the external perception of Consolinno and our products.


Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, energy electronics, plant engineering, or building automation
  • Independent work style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer support and assistance
