We are looking for you - Starting immediately, full-time for a reputable company in the financial industry in Fürth.

Your responsibilities:

Timely preparation of payroll accounting, taking into account tax, social security, and labor law aspects (including hourly wages)
Processing of payrollrelated tasks in the context of entry and exit processes
Correspondence and communication with tax authorities, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities
Support of tax and social security audits
Maintenance of all master and movement data
Reconciliation of accounts with financial accounting
Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and managers in all payrollrelated matters
Participation in HR projects

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d), payroll accountant (m/f/d), personnel specialist (m/f/d), or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, including experience with hourly wages
Independent and responsible working style
Structured and careful approach to work
Experience with the payroll software SP-Data is desirable, but not mandatory
Good knowledge of MS Office is required
