We are growing and are looking for a long-term
team leader (m/f/d) for reception in
Frankfurt am Main.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

As a
team manager, you are motivating, helpful, and supportive, always with an open ear for your colleagues. You take charge of leading your team.

Your responsibilities:

Organizing daily operations while considering quality management
Professional and disciplinary leadership of your reception teams
Building a strong team through appreciative and open communication and coaching
Training new team members
Creating schedules for the different teams, including vacation and sick leave regulations
Reporting directly to the team leader
