In our digital world, our goal is to centrally manage and efficiently implement the best IT service and application systems across all brands through shared platforms.

We are currently implementing a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations). As a project assistant (m/f/d), you will support the team in the implementation of the new ERP system.


Your tasks:


  • Collaboration in the ERP project of Schwan-STABILO Outdoor GmbH
  • Management and updating of the project budget, as well as budget controlling
  • Documentation and tracking of deadlines and tasks within the project
  • Creating and preparing presentations for project participants
  • Supporting the project management in all project management activities, project support for internal coordinators, external consultants, and thirdparty providers

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Additional qualifications and practical experience in project management desired
  • Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, ideally also SharePoint, Planner, Azure DevOps, and Power-BI)
  • Analytical understanding, independent work style, and high level of commitment
