We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) for Siemens Mobility GmbH for our renowned client in
Munich to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Timely processing of complex orders/requests in specialized areas (determination of service time, garnishment, relocation costs) in compliance with legal, social security, and tax regulations as well as company policies (payroll)
  • Detailed handling instructions and/or process descriptions/checklists
  • Data entry and maintenance according to specifications in the defined area of responsibility
  • Preparation of labor law documents and correspondence on salaryrelated topics for clients/partners
  • Possibility of mobile working once a week

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training with at least 2 years of professional experience
  • MS Office experience
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Good application knowledge of SAP R/
  • Experience in departments such as sales, purchasing, logistics, export, and/or...
