Med Group, are currently seeking a Personal Disponent (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin, starting as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and managing medical and nursing professionals in a full-time position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be in charge of selecting and supporting nursing and medical specialists and assistants
You will acquire new clients for our services and provide dedicated and professional support to our long-standing customers
You will act as the liaison between clients and employees
You will independently plan employee assignments and be responsible for employee support
You will be the main point of contact for our clients regarding all personnel selection matters
