Description

For our branch in Erfurt, we are looking for a workshop manager (m/f/d).

Pneuhage Group has been a successful service and trading company in the tire, rim, and automotive service industry for over 70 years, with multiple tire renewal facilities.

We employ over 2,400 people nationwide and have a presence at over 160 locations.

Pneuhage Reifendienste Mitte GmbH is part of our group and impresses at 16 locations as a brand-independent specialist for tire and automotive services.

Your responsibilities:

As the first point of contact on site, you will advise and coach our employees in the workshop.
You can demonstrate your technical expertise in practical work on a daily basis, and working alongside your team is second nature to you.
You will create quotes for our customers and ensure professional and timely order processing.
You will train and mentor our workshop employees (m/f/d) in technical matters and develop future specialists.

Your profile:

You are a master mechanic (m/f/d) or have a similar master's degree.
If necessary, you are willing to obtain the authorization to practice according to § 7a HWO.
You actively contribute to the expansion of our automotive services and look forward to the resulting scope for action.
You are reliable and customeroriented, and see yourself as a team player.
You have a valid driver's license (Class B).
