Dispatcher (m/f/d)

Your diverse tasks include:

Processing vehicle orders and order processing
Ongoing order monitoring and organization of vehicle dispatch
Ensuring proper management and maintenance of vehicle files
Optimization of inventory management and data maintenance
Coordination of contract management and billing
Controlling and inventory management
Processing of order entries and ordering of new, demonstration, and used vehicles
Organization and control of vehicle deliveries
Management and maintenance of customer and internal vehicle files
Monitoring and maintenance of vehicle and order inventory, as well as reporting
Maintenance of vehicle relationships in multiple systems
Creation of salesperson commissions
Processing of manufacturer bonuses and sales programs
Support in monthly and annual closings
Support in conducting vehicle inventories
Assumption of additional administrative tasks in sales

Requirements:

What you should bring for this position:

Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry
Professional experience as a dispatcher (m/f/d), ideally in the automotive industry
Good knowledge of all common MS Office programs
Independent, structured and conscientious work
Proactivity
Communication skills and confident demeanor
