Employee (m/f/d) for order processing / customer service:


Your tasks will include:

-
Taking responsibility: You independently manage and track customer orders from order entry, through confirmation and tracking of delivery, to invoicing and credit note creation. In addition, you will handle order processing with suppliers and handle customer complaints.

Shaping processes: You support the department management in internal and cross-departmental issues.
-
Working customer-oriented: You handle correspondence with customers and always keep the confirmed delivery date in mind, ensuring it in coordination with other internal functions.

Living team spirit: You support the team with general administrative tasks.


Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
-
You score with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
-
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the software industry.

You act openly, communicatively and have a strong customer orientation.
-
You love challenges and appealing tasks with personal responsibility.
-
You are flexible, committed, a team player and resilient.
-
You have negotiation skills in German.
