  • Friday Location Berlin Lakes East The Heilpädagogische Ambulanz Berlin gGmbH (HpA) offers therapeutic and pedagogical support for people with cognitive impairments and challenging behavior.
The assistance aims to promote independence, social competence, and overcome barriers.

In line with our concept, we accompany eligible individuals in their daily lives, work, and social environment, as well as in therapeutic processes with the goal of participation in society.


Responsibilities:
The position to be filled is a role as an area manager for outreach assistance. The position is part-time with 30 hours per week.

Your tasks include the organizational and professional management of the responsible area:
leading dedicated and highly professional teams further development of existing structures and processes ensuring the implementation of our support, including professional supervision continuous internal and external networking as an integral part of your attractive and responsible management task Requirements and skills: Completed studies in the field of special education, social pedagogy, social work, or comparable qualification with additional qualification in social management/change management Several years of professional experience in integration assistance, ideally in a managerial position Sound knowledge of relevant legal foundations and statutory provisions Strong communication skills and high social competence Experience in working with people with cognitive impairments and challenging behavior We offer you: Interesting and varied management role with many opportunities for shaping and development Open communication, good working atmosphere Attractive salary through collective agreement Monthly
