Our Marketing Orchestration and Activation Team is seeking a Director, Marketing Orchestration to drive Prudential's digital marketing transformation by driving our marketing automation and personalization initiatives forward.


The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence in the Newark, NJ office on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business.

Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.


What you can expect:

  • Demonstrate the value of digital technologies and driving key differentiating initiatives
  • Partner with Business Marketing teams to activate innovated use cases demonstrating MarTech capabilities aligned to business goals
  • Lead marketing pilots focused on using data and customer insights to translate business needs to personalized omnichannel datadriven campaigns and journeys across channels
  • Drive adoption, communications, support, and recommendations to increase utilization and ROI
  • Identify efficiency opportunities through from driving Self-Service, Automation and Process Optimization
  • Manage gotomarket strategies for highly complex campaigns including the management of Paid Media campaigns in support of the US Business teams
  • Understand business needs and translate into campaign requirements for hand off to MarTech and Execution partners

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing and /or managing digital programs, specifically in financial services and/or internet enabled businesses
  • Passionate about digital transformation, with experience introducing new capabilities, processes, or thinking into an organization. Understand marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc)
  • Experience working with and/or leading marketing plans from development to execution and managing omnichannel strategy
  • Curious and innovative mindset that inspires those around them (regardless of level) to be creative and try new things. Excellent consultative skills and ability to form strong business relationships at all levels and across multiple business units and functions
