- Your responsibilities will include supporting our daycare centers, for example in challenging and difficult situations in the daily routine, where the KiKu family cannot support each other. As a facility support, you will relieve the teams in their daily tasks and strengthen and support them. You will also be in communication with the organization and onsite, for example, implementing measures to motivate the team or supporting communication between parents and facility staff. The constant development of our quality and processes is at the center of your role. You will be a part of our pedagogical quality management.
