Cyber Security Analyst - EG with Security Clearance

Our employees enjoy more than just a great work environment This position will be based at McLean, VA Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will work with others on program security team to provide for all aspects of security to include but not limited to the following: Review RMF bodies of evidence such as: SSP, SAR, RAR, POA&M, SCTM and RMF artifacts and make recommendations supporting continuous monitoring and continuous assessment stratagies Coordinate with information system POCs for plan updates and mitigation strategies to ensure overall health of IT systems, networks and applications Provide vulnerability analysis and reporting on accredited information systems Experience scanning information systems using scanning tools such as Nessus, AppDetective, WebInspect Perform some manual data aggregation and normalization tasks until automated solutions are developed.

Recommend new capabilities and efforts to improve the effectiveness of the continuous monitoring program Job Requirements Qualifications:

Current TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, AND 8 years experience DoD 8570 DoD IA IAM/IAT LVL II Workforce Certification required Strong understanding of NIST 800–53, 800–137 and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Experience with continuous monitoring and plans of actions and milestones (POA&Ms) Experience with architecture design, system and network analysis, vulnerability and risk assessments, and security assessment of hardware and software Strong understanding of cloud environments and assessing systems within cloud environments focusing on security posture Knowledgeable of various cloud services to include Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service Strong writing skills to create documentation such as SOPs, internal process documents and input into cyber policies that support the continuous monitoring of accredited information systems Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).

Demonstrated experience with cyber security concepts to include encryption services, access control, information protection, network security Desired Skills/Experience:
Xacta 360 user experience inside the Intelligence Community Security Control Assessor experience inside the Intelligence Community One or more of the following:

CCSP:
Cisco Certified Security Professional

GCED:
Certified Enterprise Defender

CISSP:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional

CCNP:
Cisco Certified Network Professional CASP+ CE: CompTIA Advanced Security Practioner

GCIH:
