We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) for telephone customer consultation at our headquarters located at Tiroler Straße 1, Recklinghausen.

Your tasks will include receiving, recording, and forwarding customer and transaction data, processing orders, creating delivery notes, and forwarding them to the route planning department.

You will also be responsible for written and telephone correspondence with customers, payers, and doctors. After training, you will provide telephone consultation regarding medical aids and handle customer inquiries about invoices, approvals, etc. Proper documentation and archiving of customer transactions and complaints is also part of the job.

Your qualifications should include previous experience in the healthcare industry, but we also welcome applicants (m/f/d) with some knowledge in customer consultation.

Knowledge of agreements with payers and approval procedures, as well as expertise in billing processes and cost estimates, is desired.

Proficiency in MS Office, reliability, and a structured and independent work style are also important. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
