We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist (m/f/d) for our
Patient Administration at
Marien Hospital Witten, easily accessible from Bochum and Dortmund.


Your responsibilities:


  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Providing information to patients and visitors
  • Entering outpatient and inpatient patient data into the KIS system
  • Processing payments (e.g. for the parking garage)
  • Forwarding technical malfunction reports of any kind

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed a successful apprenticeship as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Teamwork, resilience, and commitment
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Patience and skill in dealing with patients
  • Proficiency in MS Office
