Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to take responsibility for the conception and implementation of all quality measures at Glassmanor. In this position, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of quality, processes, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Conception and implementation of all quality measures to ensure product quality and process optimization
Continuous and sustainable improvement of quality, processes, and productivity through the introduction of KVP projects and other measures
Introduction of a transparent quality reporting system to monitor and control quality performance
Analysis of business processes and identification of improvement potentials
Presentation of project results and recommendations to management
Continuous development and optimization of QM methods and tools

Qualifications:

Completed degree or comparable education with additional qualification in the field of quality management
Training and further education in quality management, ideally certification according to ISO 9001 as well as knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Good knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, etc.
Experience in working with SAP and MS Office applications
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
