InSoft Infotel Software GmbH is an internationally active software manufacturer with more than 500 customers. InSoft Software GmbH was founded in 1986 and has been part of the Infotel Group France since mid-2011. Within the group, we are responsible for national and international software sales, mainly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are currently looking for a motivated employee

Pre-Sales/Support/Consulting

for our software solutions

You will be part of the sales department and will work closely with them. After thorough training, your focus will be on two main areas:

Pre-Sales:

· Accurate needs analysis of prospects and customers

· Assistance in determining feasibility and profitability criteria

· Development and presentation of tailored proposals for each customer

· Presentation, discussion, and support of proposed solutions and their capabilities in communication with the customer

· Support of sales representatives in various stages of the sales process

· Development of technical and commercial proposals and options

· Development of technological solutions and capabilities using standard InSoft Infotel software
