We are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) for our Rosenheim location, with a focus on customer service at the workshop.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers at the service point of our workshop and will assist them as a Lucky Guide. You will support the workshop team in customer service and service processing. Another part of your job will be handling and processing complaints from our store customers. You will work with a knowledgeable team of colleagues and an experienced management team.
