Your role:
- You will support and coach teams and executives in product clusters to establish standards and processes for highperforming and selfsufficient teams in the SAFe framework.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure clarity, focus, and alignment with the company and cluster goals by creating appropriate formats and structures.
- Working with product managers, product owners, and scrum masters, you will promote a unified alignment and direction towards the product vision and roadmaps for the cluster, increasing the value contribution and quality of results.
- You will ensure transparency and efficient decisionmaking through regular evaluation and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data (e.g. team performance KPIs, PI and sprint data).
- Additionally, you will analyze and identify structural challenges in the cluster to develop action plans for improving agile practices and results.
- You will assist in managing dependencies between teams and synchronizing deliveries, as well as integrating product increments into the SAFe Agile Release Train.
- Your collaboration with other agilists and executives in the product organization will help address organizational challenges and improve and adapt SAFe processes.
