Your tasks

  • You design demand-oriented training measures in a blended learning context for our project trainers, employee coaches, and managers in various telephone projects with a focus on: sales, service, relationship and performance management, and communication.
  • You support e-learning, conduct face-to-face training, and provide sustainable support to participants through coaching-on-the-job in practice.
  • You maintain intensive contact with your internal customers and align your work with their specific needs.
