What are we looking for?
The purpose of the Mailroom Coordinator is to support all incoming mail processes, including data entry or returned mail and scanning of documents into the appropriate systems and queues.
They are responsible to triage any errors or issues with mail received or during the scanning process. Hand inserting of outgoing mail as needed. Other duties as assigned.Where you will have an impact
- Receive and open all incoming mail
- Sort and batch all incoming mail based on form type
- Responsible for scanning and filing correspondence in their respective places while maintaining confidentiality
- Scan any incoming mail directly to the department that cannot be scanned through the scanning system
- Return any mail inappropriately received back to the sender
- Maintain spreadsheet and tracking for batched and scanned mail
- Communicate with clients and management as needed on progress of work
- Purge retained documents after retention period has ended
- Adhere to privacy and confidential and proprietary company policies and
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- One year of office experience preferred
- One year of mailroom experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

As a component of job roles and responsibilities, Associates may have access to covered information, cardholder data or other confidential customer information which must be protected at all times.
As a result, Associates must explicitly adhere to all data security guidelines established within the Company's Privacy & Security Training Program.
