- Assisting the Service Manager and Regional Service Manager in enhancing the overall reconditioning process and service department efficiency.
- Inputting daily time sheet information into Salesforce, approving ADP punches, and managing technicians' time off schedules.
- Optimizing vehicle inventory turnover, which involves supervising recon technicians, coordinating sublet repairs, and ensuring prompt and high-quality reconditioning and repairs.
- Handling the procurement of parts, tools, and workshop supplies as required.
- Promoting a safe work environment by maintaining organized, clean, and hazard-free work areas; promptly reporting any safety issues to the Safety Director.
- Supervising technicians by assigning new work orders and reviewing job completions for accuracy.
- Supervising the preparation of new/used and used vehicles for resale, scheduling necessary work, and estimating costs while prioritizing cost control and quality for all used vans.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive management.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong focus on safety and customer service.
