What you will do:

  • Be responsible for and develop strategic vendor relationships and report on key deliverables and ensures appropriate implementation and performance of business needs within Customer Care, Business Development, Marketing & Energy Conservation, Public Affairs, Regulatory, and Technology and Information Services (TIS)
  • Drive innovative improvements using data and systems to unlock GTMO's Artificial Intelligence potential.
  • Ensure that GTMO's technical solutions conform to longterm business and technical strategies for both sustainment and development efforts.
  • Ensure alignment with TIS to use corporate technology and data platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  • To work closely with the Manager of Systems and Information, TIS and key collaborators to ensure operational data systems are maintained and led in support of business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct or participate in employee performance reviews, coaching and counseling, and career development for direct reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring collaborator priorities are being set and met by group activities.
  • Foster effective and sustainable relationships across GTMO and corporate functions
  • Promote workforce diversity and employee safety.
  • Establish goals and objectives for subordinates and develop action plan to meet those goals.
  • Manage O&M budgets in area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the capital budget for systems and data related projects within Gas Transmission and Midstream Operations (GTMO).
  • Responsible for Strategic planning, development and implementation or improvement of data management, data publishing and system integration initiatives.
  • Responsible for strategic development and improvement of support tools, which ensure compliance with federal DOT regulations
  • Work with Manager of Systems & Information to build a systems strategy and roadmap for GTMO.
  • Work with all our internal collaborators (Engineering and Asset Management, Asset Integrity, and Field Operations) to execute on the strategy.
  • Partnering with groups inside and outside of GTMO to develop and implement datadriven solutions in alignment with the roadmap.
  • Work with TIS to implement new systems/enhance existing systems.

Who you are:

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least ten (10) years of related business experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a consistent track record of successfully translating business requirements into data and system solutions.

You can:

  • Demonstrate experience building business cases, conducting cost benefit analysis and benefits/value realization.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical collaborators.

You are:

  • Someone with an indepth understanding of business processes and IT systems.
  • Someone with an analytical mentality and problemsolving skills to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
  • A person with familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

The following are considered assets:

  • Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Previous experience as a product owner/project or program management
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of business processes and technology solutions in the midstream space.
  • Experience in building ML/AI solutions and sophisticated technology
  • Familiarity with agile and design thinking methodologies.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment requiring extensive work on computer, networking with collaborators, research of technical issues and development of plans and reports.
  • Travel expectations (approx. 15%) for meetings and training support as needed.
  • Flexibility required to work extended hours when required to lead work priorities and address collaborator needs
  • Company paid international relocation is not offered for this role.
