Your Responsibilities:

The Clean Technology Systems (CTS) division is one of five divisions of the Dürr Group. As a world leader in industrial air pollution control technology, it contributes to reducing emissions in many industries. It also offers coating systems for battery electrodes, which are an important element in lithiumion batteries for mobile electronic devices and electric vehicles. Clean Technology Systems supports the sustainable transformation of the global industry and takes advantage of the significant growth potential in electromobility.
Join our team and take responsibility for the following tasks:
Project management and execution of service projects with a focus on Europe
Tracking deadlines and coordinating the involved departments
Scheduling appointments with customers and planning deployments
Preparing and conducting marketing activities
Cost and project control in SAP
Maintaining master data in the customer management tool (Salesforce)
Providing telephone support to our customers from various industries
Actively shaping internal work processes

Your Profile:

Solid technical or commercial education (e.g. industrial mechanic or industrial clerk or equivalent qualification)
Several years of professional experience in a service environment desirable
Technical affinity and a strong focus on service and teamwork
Enjoyment of communication and good English skills, both written and spoken
