Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and concept development of the E/E system for the entire vehicle, including support for system design and definition of power supply concepts and communication interfaces
  • Creation of circuit diagrams for the E/E system and derivation of parts lists
  • Determination of wiring harness routing and positioning of E/E components in the CAD system and derivation of the construction plan or formboard
  • Collaboration in troubleshooting and resolving issues in the E/E system of the entire vehicle, as well as implementing countermeasures to prevent future errors
  • Point of contact for suppliers regarding questions or feedback on developed wiring harnesses and E/E components

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed training as a car electrician/mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with additional training as a technician or completed degree in electrical engineering, vehicle technology, or a comparable field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
  • In-depth knowledge of wiring harness development and E/E architecture design
  • Proficient in E-CAD (preferably E3 Series) and good knowledge of CAD tools (preferably CATIA V5)
  • Independent, analytical, and meticulous work style
  • Self-initiative, flexibility, and ability to work
