Processing of received contracts and checking for completeness and accuracy
Timely followup and processing of faulty documents (pendings)
Cancellation and recreation of contracts as well as settlement of complete contracts
Processing of incoming emails, faxes, and phone calls
Telephone and written support for contract partners (dealers/customers)
