sensis collaborates and develops the TRAS software together with users in close consultation. This is done using agile methods, as a team, with a strong focus on customer needs.
TRAS is one of the most comprehensive industry solutions for all participants in the German-speaking waste management sector, and is constantly expanding.
Due to the versatility and scalability of TRAS, it is used by municipal waste management and city cleaning companies, large disposal companies, landfills, recycling and incineration plants, waste generators, as well as small and medium-sized container services.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks

As an ERP system and application support specialist (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Application and user support during the implementation and operation of our ERP industry solution TRAS
  • Support and advice for users in 1st and 2nd level support in handling our software via telephone, email, Jira ticket system, and remote maintenance tools
  • Answering questions and analyzing/processing issues related to our software and recording them in our ticket system
  • Ensuring smooth operation of our solutions for our customers by implementing appropriate measures, troubleshooting, or coordinating service providers for system troubleshooting
  • Providing expert advice to our customers during the implementation of new processes and program functionalities, as well as assisting
