We are currently seeking a Technical Administrative Assistant for Electrical Energy Systems (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our location in Essen

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing work plans and schedules for construction projects, in close collaboration with the construction management team
Assisting with the preparation of project proposals in cooperation with the cost estimation team
Coordinating work preparation measures with the construction management team
Creating performance specifications and verifying completeness and plausibility of tendered services and quantities
Providing decision proposals for technological issues

Your profile should include:

A completed vocational training with indepth knowledge and some professional experience
Knowledge of work processes, content, and procedures on construction sites
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as analytical and conceptual abilities
Ability to work carefully and with high quality standards, even under tight deadlines
Proficiency in standard and applicationrelated software (MS Office), knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, iTWO or similar cost estimation software is a plus
A valid driver's license (Class 3)
